摘要
采用自编《医学博士生创新行为驱动因素》问卷,运用问卷法、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析等方法,构建并验证二阶一因素一阶四因素的高校医学博士生创新行为驱动因素结构模型。研究表明,博士生创新行为驱动因素具有可靠性和有效性,其基本结构由防御、理解、结合和获得4个因子(维度)构成。研究为高校(学科)实践和评价研究生创新管理提供理论依据和实证工具。
Based on a questionnaire survey as well as EFA and CFA,a structural model has been developed to investigate the motivational factors of medical doctoral students’ innovative behavior.The model reveals the typical phases and factors of student behavior.The study shows that the effective and reliable motivational factors of innovative behavior consist of four dimensions,namely,defense,understanding,integration and attainment.The model may be used as a theoretical basis and empirical tool for universities(programs) to implement and evaluate schemes for student management.
