摘要
试验旨在通过研究饲粮中不同水平的锌对蛋雏鸭的生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,确定其在饲粮中适宜的添加量。试验采用单因素完全随机分组设计,选择1日龄金定蛋雏鸭180只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸭。第Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,第Ⅱ~Ⅴ组在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮基础上分别添加20、40、60、80 mg/kg锌(ZnSO4.7H2O)。试验期为4周。结果表明,适量添加锌有利于提高雏鸭的生长性能、促进蛋白代谢、提高机体的免疫力和增加含锌酶碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的含量。通过对差异显著的指标与锌添加量间拟合二次回归曲线确定的蛋雏鸭基础饲粮中锌的适宜添加量为51.8 mg/kg。
The experiment was conducted to study effects of different levels of zinc on the growth performance and blood biochemical indices of the ducklings.Using a single factor completely randomized design , a total of 180 one-day-old Jinding egg-type ducklings were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 6 replicates of 6 each.The egg-type ducklings were fed corn-soybean meal basal diet (33.3 mg Zn/kg diet)supplemented with 0,20,40,60 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg in the form of reagent grade ZnSO4-7H20,respectively.The experimental period lasted for 4 weeks.The results showed as follows: appropriate adding level of zinc could improve the growth performance,promote protein metabolism,enhance the body's immune system and increase the content of ALP and LDH of ducklings.The results were indicated that,the optimum adding level of zine was 51.8 mg/kg by fitting a quadratic regression curve.
