摘要
本文以马钢三炼钢异形坯连铸机为目标机型 ,在凝固传热数学模型的基础上 ,自行开发了一种带液芯控制的异型坯连铸二冷区动态控制模型。采用切片法进行目标温度的动态跟踪 。
With the continuous beam blank caster of the third steelmaking factory of Ma Anshan Iron & Steel company as the target caster,a dynamic control model of continuous beam blank casting secondary cooling zone companied with crater control has been developed based on the heat transfer and solidification mathematic model and verified by computer simulation technique in which objective temperature is tracked by using the methode of slice.
