产品精细化聚类与重用的使能新技术:三维模型检索 被引量:2

A Novel Enabling Tool for Precise Product Grouping and Reuse: 3D Model Retrieval Technology

摘要 主要介绍国内外相关研究机构及作者在三维模型检索方面的主要研究进展和成果,并对该项技术的发展趋势及其与成组技术的结合和应用前景进行展望.新的基于内容的三维模型检索技术正在得到国内外的广泛关注、研究和应用.该项技术深入到三维模型内部开展产品的相似性评价和检索,可显著提高产品聚类和重用的精细化、精确化和可视化程度,为相似产品的快速设计、制造和管理提供了一种新的有效途径. A novel technology of content--based 3D model retrieval has been increasingly focused and researched by both academic and industrial communities in recent years. The content--based 3D model retrieval technology can evaluate the product's similarity by accurately comparing 3D mod- els' shape and details. With strengthen capabilities and char- acteristics in product grouping and reuse on precision, granularity and visualization, this technology provides a new way to support rapid products design, manufacturing and man- agement. In this paper, a state--of--the--art review for 3D model retrieval technologies is given and some research achievements on 3D CAD models retrieval realized by authors" research team are presented. The future trend and application perspectives about this technology as well as its combi- nation with group technology are commented.
