摘要
就近年来国内彩色马蹄莲组织培养的研究进展作了简要综述,着重介绍目前在彩色马蹄莲组织培养过程中外植体的选择及灭菌、组织培养过程中各培养阶段的培养基及激素的选择、微型种球的诱导以及组培苗移栽等方面的研究进展,阐述了目前彩色马蹄莲组织培养存在的问题,为其今后工厂化生产提供借鉴和帮助。
The research progress on the domestic Zantedschina antedschina tissue culture was reviewed in this paper. It emphatically introduced these factors such as selection and sterilization of explants, medium compositions and hormone concentration, inducing micro- tuber, transferring plantlet. The problems existing in the tissue culture at present were discussed. It will provide reference and help for the future of its industrial production.
