摘要
在总结了已经实施的多个配电网自动化工程和规划工作的基础上 ,就配电网改造规划应考虑的若干问题和配电自动化规划应注意的问题提出了见解 ,并特别强调了规划要先行。文章还讨论了主站系统与调度 SCADA系统。
Based on the summarization of both implementation of several distribution automation (DA) projects and planning works, some problems which should be considered in the distribution renovation planning and some problems to which the attention should be paid in the planning of distribution automation are put forward, and it is emphasized that for implementation of distribution automation the planning must be made in advance. Besides, the problem of coordination among DA, SCADA and substation automation system is discussed.
