摘要 目的评估CTA在疑似脑动脉瘤的自发性珠网膜下腔出血筛选中的临床应用价值。方法对22例因蛛网膜下腔出血临床疑为脑动脉瘤破裂的患者行64排螺旋CTA检查,评价动脉瘤的形态、大小和位置。结果 22例自发性珠网膜下腔出血病例中发现动脉瘤21例,CTA图像清晰显示动脉瘤的形态、大小、位置,载瘤动脉和瘤颈;其中19例根据CTA的结果行开颅显微手术夹闭,术中依据CTA提供的信息顺利找到动脉瘤并成功夹闭。结论 CTA对破裂脑动脉瘤有极高的诊断价值,可作为首选检查方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CTA in the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods A total of 22 patients with subaraehnoid hemorrhage (SAH) received the examination of 64-row CTA, the shape, size and location of the aneurysms were defined. Results Nineteen aneurysms were clipped on the basis of 64-row CTA images, such as shape, dimension and location of the aneurysms,the parent artery and the ratio of sac to neck, which could assist in finding the operation angle . Conclusion CTA is the first choice of examination for ruptured intracranial aneurysms.
