气道上皮细胞对细菌病原的天然免疫应答

Innate immune response in airway epithelium fight against respiratory bacterial pathongens

摘要 气道上皮细胞是肺天然免疫系统的重要组成部分,通过模式识别受体识别病原相关分子模式,启动天然免疫反应,随后通过抗原呈递和共刺激信号,活化获得性免疫反应。气道上皮细胞的天然免疫反应与抵御病原菌高度相关。本文就气道上皮细胞对细菌病原的天然免疫应答研究进展作一综述。 Airway epithelial cells are an important part of the lung innate immune system, they recognize conserved structures in microorganisms, called pathogen-associated molecular patterns through apically exposed and intracellular receptors, called pattern recognition receptors and initiate innate immune response. Subsequently, they activate adaptive immnue response through antigen presentation and co-stimulatory signals. Innate immune responses of the airway epithelium play a critical role in resisting pathongens. The research progress of innate immune response in the airway epithelium fight against respiratory bacterial pathongens is reviewed here.
