基于谱峭度法的滚动轴承故障诊断研究 被引量:4

摘要 共振解调是滚动轴承故障诊断中最常用的方法之一,然而其带通滤波器参数的选取通常比较困难。谱峭度法可以根据峭度最大化原则自动确定带通滤波器参数。采用一种基于峭度最大化的谱峭度法设计最优带通滤波器,利用包络分析进行故障诊断,通过实际轴承故障振动信号分析表明,该方法具有良好的效果。 As one of the most commonly used methods at fault diagnosis in rolling element bearings, resonance demodulation has its disadvantage about how to select the parameters of the band-pass filter. But they can be automatically determined by use of spectral kurtosis based on the principle of max kurtosis. Combined with resonance demodulation,they can do a better job at fault diagnosis. A fault diagnosis method based on spectral kurtosis was proposed. The sampling was preprocessed by designing the best band-pass filter with spectral kurtosis based on the principle of max kurtosis. Related experiments have shown the effectiveness of proposed method.
