摘要
在工业环境下钢筋混凝土板受到严重侵蚀,可采用结构胶泥找平后粘覆钢板进行加固.结构胶泥的材料试验表明,该胶泥具有和钢板与本体混凝土粘结强度高、耐腐蚀性强、早强、高强等特点.通过对混凝土板的加固修复试验研究可知,修复材料能抵抗旱期约束收缩引起的拉应力,钢板与原混凝土板的协同工作性能良好,保证了钢板在加固板中充分发挥其强度的作用.本技术在工程应用中取得了良好的效果.
Reinforced concrete slab is seriously corroded in some industrial environment. Tests of concrete slab strengthened by steel plate with epoxy mortar leveling, adhesing and corering for structural behavior and tests of modified epoxy mortar for material behavior are carried out. The material test results show that the epoxy mortar has high bond strength between concrete and steel, high corrosion resistance, high strength in early age. The structural test results show that repair epoxy mortar can resist restrained shrinkage and the compatibility between concrete slab and steel plate is excellent.
