摘要
锤头是单辊破碎机的一个关键部件,它的强度和使用寿命对整机的安全可靠运行具有十分重要的作用。针对目前单辊破碎机锤头质量大、拆装不方便以及寿命短的问题,首先,以对模型结构影响最大的几何参数作为设计变量,构建了锤头的优化有限元计算模型,并利用ANSYS有限元分析与优化模块对锤头结构进行了应力分析和参数优化,结果表明通过优化整机质量得到减小。然后,基于疲劳损伤累积模型,利用ANSYS的Fatigue模块对优化后的锤头进行了疲劳预测分析,进一步验证了优化后的锤头能够满足工程实际应用时疲劳寿命的要求。
The hammer is a pivotal part of single-roll crushers,which service life and intensity play an important role in running with high safety and reliability of the whole single-roll crusher.First,aimed at the problem of great quality,inconvenient disassembly and short service life,the geometric parameter,which has greatest effect on model structure,is set as the design variable.And a finite optimizing calculative model is constructed for the hammer.The optimizing finite analyzing function of ANSYS is used to analyze the stress and optimize parameters of the hammer’s structure.And the result shows the mass of the whole single-roll crusher is reduced through the optimization.Then based on the accumulative fatigue damage model,the fatigue module is used to predict the fatigue life of the hammer to prove further that the hammer after optimization can satisfy the requirement of fatigue life in actual engineering application.
