摘要
随着现代生物心理社会医学模式转变,以人文情怀为主的叙事医学成为了文学与医学联系的一个着力点。通过阐述叙事医学的国内外研究进展,分析了叙事医学的作用和意义,提出从情感上建立医者仁心的理念、建立正面的沟通渠道,构建和谐医患关系,重筑医患信任。
With the change of biological psychological social as the core of modern medical model, the narrative medicine based on humanism became the literature and medicine associated with a focal point, and the narrative medicine will largely promote the medical humanities into the clinical. This paper presents the fusion of doctor-patient communication in medical breakthroughs in narrative medicine, doctor-patient communication and medical humanities dead-lock, let the doctor into the patient＇s world.
