摘要 铁路客票系统售票组织管理自动化主要研究的内容是在尽可能降低和避免人为干预的前提下实现席位发布、席位共用和复用、席位预分和席位动态调整,实现席位管理自动化、智能化,其目的在于降低劳动强度,优化席位的管理方式,实现席位在不同车站间最优化配置,为席位的合理发售提供良好的前提。 In order to meet present passenger needs or requirements, and adjust the train tickets among stations dynamically, implement train tickets published automatically, get the most out of spare seats, allocate train tickets in different train stations, the main problems were studied on the automation of ticket organization in Railway Ticketing and Reservation System (TRS). This paper presented the methods to solve the above mentioned problems and implement the automatic ticket management in TRS. The automation and intelligence of ticket organization in TRS was aimed at decreasing the impact of subjective factors, reducing the labor intensity, optimizing the ticket allocation scheme and improving the ticket management level.
