摘要
目的提高输尿管下段小结石的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2007年2月至2011年1月在上虞市中医院接受四联药物治疗的562例输尿管下段小结石(直径<10mm)患者的临床资料,对患者肾绞痛的快速缓解、结石的有效排出、复发率的下降进行评估。结果 562例患者中4,89例患者肾绞痛当日缓解,其余患者次日缓解,当日缓解率为87%;2周内排石192例;473例患者6个月内无复发及肾绞痛发生。结论输尿管下段小结石发生肾绞痛时四联药物治疗合理且有效,可明显提高结石排出率,减少结石复发率。
Objective To improve the treatment outcome of lower ureteral microlith.Methods The clinical datas of 562 cases with lower ureteral microlith treated with four united medicine from February 2007 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.The alleviate rate of renal colic,stone eradication rate and recurernce rate were evaluated.Results Among the 562 cases,489 cases of renal colic alleviated at once,the alleviate rate was 87%;the other alleviated on next day;The ureteral calculus were discharged in 192 cases in 2 weeks;no ureter calculi or renal colic relapsed in 473 cases within 6 months.Conclusion Combination of four united medicine can improve the stone eradication rate and reduce stone recurernce rate in patients with lower ureteral microlith combined with renal colic.
