摘要
目的探讨不同地域新兵的心理特点,为规范新兵心理检测工作提供依据。方法采用心理检测工具对海军某部3个单位共7800名新兵进行入伍后的心理健康指标检测,并对获取的检测数据进行比较分析。结果不同地域、不同省份入伍的新兵之间心理健康水平存在明显差异。结论新兵心理健康水平受新兵来源影响大,需不断收集数据并完善检测方法与评价标准,作为其在整个服役期间的心理监测依据。
Objective To investigate the psychological features of recruits in different regions, and to provide good basis for the standardization of mental health evaluation. Methods After enrollment, mental health data were measured with the psychological evalua- tion battery in 7800 recruits from 3 big units in different regions, and the obtained data were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in mental health status among recruits from different regions and different provinces. Conclusion Mental health sta- tus of recruits was greatly affected by source of recruits. It was necessary to collect related data and perfect monitoring methods and evalua- tion standards, so as to provide good basis for the mental health monitoring of soldiers during their term of military service.
