摘要
目的通过分析2007—2011年辽宁省监测资料,了解近几年辽宁省肾综合征出血热(HFRS)流行特征和变化趋势。方法对辽宁省2007—2011年传染病监测信息报告管理系统网络直报的HFRS病例资料及辽宁省各市监测资料,用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2007—2011年,辽宁省共报告HFRS病例4 177例,死亡33例,病死率为1.23%;发病率有回升趋势,死亡率、病死率逐年平稳下降;病例主要集中在辽东、辽西及中部地区的抚顺、沈阳、葫芦岛、锦州、铁岭和丹东等市,5年间6市报告发病数占辽宁省报告病例总数的74.48%(3 111/4 177);发病呈春季和秋冬季2个季节高峰,11月为全年最高发病月份;4 177例病例中,男性3105例,女性1072例,男女性别比为2.9∶1,青壮年、农民居多;鼠种分布村内、村外优势种分别为褐家鼠和黑线姬鼠,鼠密度为2.64%～5.63%(532/20 151～874/15 433),鼠带毒率为0.77%～4.80%(5/650～43/895)。结论辽宁省HFRS疫情有回升趋势,个别地区鼠密度和(或)带病毒率仍然较高,HFRS流行的隐患依然存在。
Objective To analyze the surveillance data on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome（HFRS）in Liaoning province from 2007 to 2011 and to assess the trend of HFRS epidemic.Methods Descriptive epidemiology methods were used to analyze the surveillance data of HFRS from 2007 to 2011.Results Totally 4 177 cases and 33 death cases were reported with a case fatality of 1.23%.The morbidity showed an increase tendency but the death rate and case fatality decreased year by year.More HFRS cases were observed in the east and west mountain area and central region of the province and 74.48% of the HFRS cases were reported in the cities of Fushun,Shenyang,Huludao,Jinzhou,Tieling,and Dandong during the five year period.More cases were reported in spring and autumn-winter season,with a epidemic peak in November.The number of the cases reported in males were 2.9 times higher than that of the females and more cases occured in young adults and farmers.Apodemus agrarius and Rattus norvegicus were still the most common and predominant anmimal hosts.Conclusion The HFRS epidemic presents an increase trend and the density and the virus-positive rate of the animal hosts remains high in some areas of Liaoning province.
