摘要
通过对闸板防喷器可控柔性密封的工作环境、密封原理的分析,提出采用丁腈橡胶作为密封基体、聚酰胺材料作为耐磨体组成的可控柔性密封胶芯结构,可大大减少密封橡胶的磨损量,延长胶芯的工作寿命。结合开关型可控柔性密封工作原理,建立胶芯的数值分析模型,通过运用Cosmos和Ansys分析软件对所建模型进行有限元分析。分析结果表明胶芯整体受力和变形满足设计要求,分析结果与实际胶芯的破坏部位相吻合。
Through analyzing the working environment and sealing principle of the controllable flexible seal in ram BOP ( Blowout Preventer) , a new type of controllable flexible seal rubber core composed of NBR and polyamide( Nylon66 )was proposed. NBR was used as base sealing material and Nylon66 was used as wear resistance body. The new sealing structure can reduce the sealing rubber' s wear loss and prolong the rubber core' s service life. The rubber core numerical analysis model was constructed based on the on-off type controllable flexible seal' s working principle. The model was analyzed by using the finite element analysis soft Cosmos and Ansys. The result shows that the mechanics properties and deformation meet the design requirements. The analysis result is consistent to the real rubber core ' s destruction sites.
