摘要
高效液相色谱法是一种具有高灵敏度、高选择性的分析技术。近年来液相色谱法已经广泛地应用于维生素的测定。对近年来有关VC的测定方法进行比较,探索更确切的测定方法。
High pressure liquid chromatography is an analytic techique with a high sensitivity and selectivity.It is used as a quantitative analysis method for Vitamin in recent years.Several main methods of determinantion Vitamin C were summarized to find a more exact one.
