摘要
大豆寡糖是大豆等豆科作物种子中含有的可溶性糖类的总称,其可调节肠道微生物区系,并具有免疫佐剂和抗原特性。文章综述了大豆寡糖在动物生产中的应用,并对其使用剂量和时间进行了探讨。
Soybean oligosaccharide is the general name of soluble carbohydrate in soybean and seeds of legume. It can regulate intestinal microbiota, also have characteristics of immune adjuvant and antigenic. This paper reveiwed the application of soybean oligosaceharide in animal production, its using dose and time.
