摘要
以美国ALMEX制造75吨内导式液压半连续铸造机为应用研究对象,阐述了在铸造5052铝合金扁锭时出现偏析瘤和边角拉裂的情况,分析了出现这些缺陷的原因,提出了处理方法和改进措施,并成功应用于5052铝合金扁锭实际生产中。
75 tons inner- guide semi- continuous casting machine which is manufactured by USA Almex Company is taken as application study object. This article elaborates the segregation of the tumor and corners crack in 5052 aluminum alloy slab casting and analyzes the reason of these defect. The processing methods and improvement measures are proposed and successfully applied in the actual production of the .5052 aluminum alloy slab.
