摘要
研制出了一种高效抑制剂GY-1。实验结果表明,GY-1对钻井液的性能影响小,在用其处理钻井液时,无需与其他处理剂复配使用;GY-1能显著增强钻井液的抑制性,试验井平均机械钻速和该区块同类井相比提高了10%以上;GY-1能提高聚合物钻井液抗膨润土污染的能力,膨润土加量为5%时,GY-1加量为1%的钻井液的表观黏度上升率同聚合物钻井液相比,从160%下降到20%,下降幅度达87.5%;GY-1钻井液还具有较强的抗碳酸盐、抗钙污染能力,均优于钾钙基聚磺钻井液,而且其配方所用处理剂较少,其成本也较钾钙基聚磺钻井液低。
In this paper, a high efficiency inhibitor GY-1 is developed.The experimental results show that GY-1 has littleeffect on drilling fluid performances, has no need to cooperate with other agents.The AVROP of the experimental well is increased by more than 10% with GY-1 concentration of 1%, and the increasing rate of apparent viscosity is decreased from160% to 20% compared with conventional polymer drilling fluid.Moreover, the performance of anti-contamination is betterand the cost is lower than polysulfonate drilling fluid system.
