胚胎停育绒毛中HLA-G mRNA和蛋白水平的表达及差异 被引量:2

Expression of HLA-G mRNA and Protein Levels in Trophoblastic Tissues from Early Embryo Growth Arrest

摘要 研究HLA-G mRNA及蛋白在早孕绒毛和胚胎停育绒毛中的表达及意义,在50例正常早期妊娠妇女和50例胚胎停育妇女绒毛中,半定量RT-PCR法检测HLA-G mRNA的水平。S-P免疫组织化学染色法检测HLA-G蛋白的水平。两组标本中HLA-G mRNA水平差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);胚胎停育绒毛标本中HLA-G蛋白水平降低,与正常早孕绒毛标本相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明HLA-G分子可能参与了胚胎停育的发生发展。 To explore the expression of HLA-G mRNA and protein in human trophoblastic tissues from early embryo growth arrest,the trophoblastic tissues were collected from women who were normal early pregnancy and with early embryo growth arrest.Reverse transcriptase-ploymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was employed to analyze mRNA expression levels of HLA-G,and the S-P immunohistochemistry was employed to detect protein expression levels of HLA-G.It is that in trophoblastic tissues,there was no significant difference of HLA-G mRNA expression in the two groups(P0.05).While the protein expression level of HLA-G was significantly lower than in the normal pregnant group(P0.05).It is conclused that expression of HLA-G in trophoblastic tissues may contribute to the early embryo arrest.
