摘要
水平浓淡燃烧器在降低NOx排放等方面具有良好性能,因而得到广泛应用。在实际应用中,燃烧器的分离性能主要受前置弯头布置方式的影响。以某水平浓淡燃烧器为研究对象,用数值模拟方法对一次风流经燃烧器后的浓淡分离比和浓淡侧速度偏差进行分析。结果表明,弯头角度增大,燃烧器分离效果增强,浓淡侧速度偏差减弱;撞击块高度增大,燃烧器分离效果增强,浓淡侧速度偏差亦有所增大。
It is well known that the horizontal rich-lean burner has some advantages in low NOx emissions,so it has been used widely in the utility boilers.In practical application of horizontal rich-lean burner,the separation performance is mainly affected by the way the elbows are arranged.For a the horizontal rich-lean,in order to evaluate the separation affect and the primary air speed warp of the burner,numerical method has been employed.The results show that the separation performance and the warp speed tends to be optimized when increase the elbow angle;the separation performance tends to be optimized when increasing the hit block height,but will increase the warp speed.
