摘要
目的:通过中医内科治疗痤疮的临床试验,寻找治疗痤疮的有效方法。方法:针对来我院就医的120例痤疮病人,男80例,女40例,随机分成三个对照组,每组40人。一组单纯使用中药进行外敷内用,一组单纯使用针灸治疗,一组中药的外敷内用配合针灸治疗,对比疗效。结果:三组对照组对比治疗后,外敷内用配合针灸治疗的对照组40例患者,痊愈12人,显效18人,有效10人,无失效病例,总的有效率达到100%;应用中药内用外敷的的对照组40例患者,痊愈10人,显效16人,有效10人,无效4人,总的有效率达到90%;单纯的使用针灸治疗的对照组的40例患者,痊愈8人,显效14人,有效8人,无效10人,总的有效率达到75%。结论:使用中医内科治疗痤疮可以充分结合外敷内用和针灸治疗的优势,能够明显提高总的有效率,降低失效率,实现抑疮的功效,取得满意的临床疗效。
Objective： Through clinical trials of treating pimple in TCM, to find effective method. Methods： Selecting 120 cases of pimple patients in our hospital for medical treatment, 80 cases of male and 40 cases of female were randomly divided into three control groups, 40 cases in each group. A simple use of TCM for external application within a set of simple acupuncture treatment, the external application of a set of TCM with acupuncture treatment, comparing the effect. Results： After treatment of the three control groups, and topical use of acupuncture treatment in the control group 40 patients were cured, 12 people were cured, marked in 18 cases, valid for 10cases, non-failure cases, the total efficiency was 100%; the control group that applicating of TCM external, 40 patients were cured, 10 people were cured, 16 people were marked, valid for 10 cases and invalid for 4 cases, the total efficiency was 90%; the merely using of acupuncture in the control group 40 patients were cured, 8 people were cured, effective in 14 people, valid for 8 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total efficiency was 75%. Conclusions： Using TCM to treat pimple can be fully integrated advantages of topical and acupuncture treatment, and improve the overall efficiency significantly and reduce the failure rate to achieve the effect of suppressing sores and satisfactory clinical effect.
