摘要
教育信息化是一项复杂的系统工程,需要全球视野、登高望远,更要立足国情、脚踏实地。通过国际前沿观察,把握世界教育信息化的最新潮流与走向,为我国教育信息化提供有益启示和吸收借鉴。要充分考虑我国教育信息化的基本现实,尊重教育信息化的规律,不断稳固已有成果和学术地位,积极探索多元化发展道路。因此,可以从技术设计应用和理论创新研究两个方面关注国际和国内的教育信息化新发展。国际观察包括《地平线报告》、巴斯德研究范式等10项前沿问题,国内研究包括电子书包、协同学习理论等10项前沿问题。
Education informatization represents a complex system engineering, which requires a global vision, foresight and an attitude of being down-to-earth and starting from national conditions. It is beneficial and illuminating for the education informatization in China to observe the international frontier researches and grasp the latest trend of education informatization worldwide. We should give full consideration to the basic situations of education informatization in China, respect the law of its development, continuously consolidate existing achievements and academic status, and actively explore diversified development approaches. Therefore, the latest development of education informatization home and abroad should be paid attention to from the aspects of technology application and theory innovative research. International observations consist of ten issues like Horizon Report and Pastur's research paradigms; domestic researches include ten issues like e-schoolbag and synergetic learning theories.
