摘要
本文介绍了莱钢生活采暖东线4#发电机组低温循环水供暖工程改造工艺和自动控制系统的实现,该项目是莱钢为了提高能源动力厂4#发电机汽轮机排汽热效率,降低凝汽器的冷源损失,达到节能挖潜的目的实施的改造,文中还介绍了控制系统的设计和控制功能的实现,同时对循环水运行供热的经济性进行了分析和探讨。
This paper introduces the technology of low temperature circulating water heating engineering and the realization of automatic control system in Laigang. The project is to improve the energy power plant of Laigang 4 # generator turbine exhaust Steam heat efficiency, reduces the condenser cold source loss, achieve the purpose of energy saving, reduces the condenser cold source loss. This paper also introduces the control system design and realization of control functions, at the same time on the circulating water operation heating economy are analyzed and discussed.
