摘要
针对目前常用绝缘检测装置采用的检测原理存在的不足,提出一种改进的绝缘检测方法。检测电路由主回路和支路2个部分组成。利用MSP430单片机采集、处理霍尔电流传感器信号,判断电路的绝缘情况并计算绝缘电阻大小。检测结果表明该方法有效、实用。
Give an improved insulation testing method, for the shortcomings of the detection principle used in insulation testing devices which are commonly used. The detection circuit consists of two parts of the main loop and slip. MSP430 microcontroller acquisition is used to process the Hall current sensor signal to determine the insulation of the circuit and calculate the size of the insulation resistance. The test results show that this method is effective and practical.
