摘要
目的探讨PICC置管术在白血病患儿中应用的临床效果及其护理体会。方法选择42例经确诊的行化疗的白血病患儿为研究对象,用美国BD公司3F规格的PICC导管,分别经肘贵要静脉、肘正中静脉、头静脉处置管行PICC置管术。结果 42例置管患儿中1例发生静脉炎,8人次穿刺点出现轻微红肿,3例发生意外拔管,其余患儿均顺利完成拔管。结论 PICC导管应用于白血病患儿,可避免化疗药物对血管的损伤,减轻因反复穿刺给患儿带来的痛苦;若采取正确的护理措施,可更加有效地保护患儿的血管。
Objective To study the clinical effects and nursing experience of the application of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） on children with leukemia.Methods 42 children who were diagnosed as leukemia and treated with chemotherapy were selected and treated with PICC（3F,American BD company） respectively via elbow basilic vein,forearm median vein and cephalic vein.Results Among the 42 cases of children with PICC,one had phlebitis,and 8 person-time had slight swelling in venipuncture sites,and three cases had accidental extubation.The rest of children all successfully completed PICC therapy.Conclusion The application of PICC on children with leukemia was able to avoid the injury of chemotherapy drugs to vessels,relieve the pains by repeated punctures.It could protect the vessels more effectively when correct nursing interventions were adopt.
