摘要
沥青混合料拌和生产主要包括骨料、沥青、粉料的处理及除尘、称量拌和和运输等工序,指出了冷骨料、粉料和沥青3种组成原料在存储、传输和加热等过程的要点。通过开机前准备、冷料初控、点火及骨料温度控制、拌制过程及计量控制等方面介绍了沥青混合料拌和各工艺步骤的操作要点。特别强调在第1次拌和时骨料温度应比所需要温度高出10～20 K,以及由于温度显示的滞后性,燃烧器油门控制应有提前量。最后指出了在生产过程中还应该注意的问题。
The mixing process flow of asphalt mixture consists of aggregate,asphalt,powder treatment & dust extraction,weighing & mixing and transportation,etc.mainly.Three kinds of composite raw materials,cooled aggregate,powder and asphalt are mentioned on their key points on storage,transportation and heating processes.The operation points of asphalt mixture mixing process flow are introduced from these aspects,preparation before work,initial control for cooled aggregate,ignition & temperature control for aggregate,mixing process and measurement control,etc.Especially,the aggregate temperature of the first mixing time should be higher than the demanded temperature by 10-20 K,and moreover,due to the delay of temperature display,the control value for burner throttle should be setup in advance.Finally,the other possible problems during the process flow are pointed out in this paper.
