帕瑞昔布复合丙泊酚用于人工流产术及对β-内啡肽的影响 被引量:3

摘要 人工流产术包括负压吸引术和钳刮术。虽然操作时间短,但仍会给患者带来一定的痛苦。目前用的麻醉方法多是单独静脉输注丙泊酚,或者是芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉注射[1]。然而这些方法均有其不足或隐患。人工流产术要求麻醉效果满意,镇痛完善,对血流动力学影响小,苏醒迅速,不良反应少。为达到此要求,可以使用新型的非甾体抗炎镇痛药(NSAIDs)复合丙泊酚静脉注射。
