摘要
目的分析卵巢硬化性间质瘤的临床病理特点,为临床诊治提供依据。方法搜集我院病理诊断明确的卵巢硬化性间质瘤患者38例,进行临床病理分析。结果 38例患者发病年龄在9个月～65岁之间,平均年龄35岁。临床表现主要为月经失调、盆腔包块、下腹痛或下腹不适、腹水、不孕。其中5例患者合并腹水及CA125升高。超声和CT检查有助于诊断。手术治疗,预后良好。结论硬化性间质瘤临床少见,相关资料有限,术前诊断困难。临床医生应增强对此病的认识,合理诊治。
Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological features of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical features of thirty-eight cases of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor were analyzed.Results The age of onset of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor ranged from 9 months to 65 years with the average age of 35.The main clinical manifestations were irregular menstruation,pelvic masses,abdominal pain or discomfort,ascites and infertility.Five cases had ascites and elevated CA125.Ultrasound and CT examination were helpful for diagnosis.The prognosis was good after surgery.Conclusion Ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor is rare and clinical data are limited,so the diagnosis is difficult.The clinical doctor should pay more attention to the disease and give proper diagnosis and treatment.
