摘要
为探求盐胁迫影响五角枫幼苗生长的生理机制,采用分光光度法测定五角枫幼苗体内MDA、可溶性糖、脯氨酸的含量以及POD、CAT活性等生理指标。结果表明,五角枫树种的耐盐能力较强,半致死浓度为481.64 mmol/L,致死浓度为771.62mmol/L;随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,幼苗成活率、植株鲜重和根冠比逐步下降,幼苗叶片中膜相对透性以及MDA、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量等指标均有增加,POD、CAT活性呈先升后降的变化趋势。
To explore physiological mechanism of Acer mono Maxim seedlings growth under NaCl stress,some indexes such as concentrations of MDA,soluble sugar and proline,and activities of POD and CAT,were measured by means of spectrophotometry.The results showed that A.mono Maxim hold a much strong saline tolerance,and its lethal and half lethal concentrations of NaCl were 771.62 mmol/L,481.64 mmol/L,respectively.During an increase of NaCl concentration,as for the stressed seedlings,their survival rate,fresh weight and ratio of root to stem decreased gradually;relative membrane-permeability and the measured concentrations increased all,but the enzyme activities increased and subsequently decreased in leaves.
