摘要
目的探讨国际旅行保健中心在传染病监测和健康体检的同时,关注心理咨询技术在体检过程、健康评估、流行病学调查、团体体检、突发公共卫生事件及预防接种中的运用。方法通过工作实践中的疑病症心理咨询、HIV感染者心理咨询、预防接种心因性反应等三个案例进行分析。结果作为以健康体检和传染病监测为主要工作的国际旅行保健中心,心理咨询的技术和知识在工作中都得到体现和运用。结论国际旅行保健中心在工作中应关注出入境人员心理,把心理咨询技术运用于工作中并培养一支高素质的有医学知识和心理学知识的咨询专家队伍,提升国际旅行卫生保健中心的业务服务水平。
Objective To explore the international travel healthcare center dedicate in the communicable disease surveillance and physical examination as well as utilizing the psychological counseling technique in the process of physical examination,health assessment,epidemiological investigation,group physical examination,public health emergencies,and vaccinations.Methods By analyzing three working practice cases：Hypochondriasis、HIV counseling,inoculation psychogenic reaction.Results The international travel health center,which dedicate in communicable disease surveillance and physical examination,have applied psychological counseling technique and knowledge in work.Conclusion The international travel healthcare center should pay attention to the psychology in entry and exit person,apply psychology consultative technology in service and develop a high-quality medical and psychology consulting experts to lift the service level.
