红皮云杉、油松幼苗根系对NH_4^+/NO_3^-施肥的形态响应 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]采用红皮云杉和油松作为试验材料,研究它们的根系形态对不同NH4+/NO3-施肥的响应。[方法]设树种和不同NH4+/NO3-比例施肥处理2因子,采用完全随机区组设计,选取根系长度、表面积和体积3个指标进行分析。[结果]红皮云杉、油松NH4+/NO3-(1/4处理)使其根系生长趋势变得平稳。90 d后,油松1/4处理根系长度300.8 cm,表面积43.6 cm2,体积0.784 cm3,显著优于其他处理。而红皮云杉各处理间差异不显著。比根长和比根面积数据表明4/1处理使得2种树种吸收效率最高,1/4处理最低,但差异不显著。[结论]为深入研究温室育苗中针叶树种对不同氮形态比例的需求规律,实现其快速生长提供了依据。 [ Objective ] To study response of Picea koraiensis and Pinus tabuliformis seedlings root morphology to different NH4+/NO3 - ferti- lization. [ Method] It used species and different NH4+/NO3 - (1/4,1/1,4/1) as two factors. [ Result] Picea koraiensis (1/4) and Pinus tabuliformis (1/4) make their roots grow soomthly. After 90 days, the root length, area and volume of Pin,us tabtdiformis (1/4) were 300.8 cm, 43.6 em2 and 0.784em3 respectively,' which were better than others significantly. The results of specific root length (SRL) and specific root area (SRA) showed that the absorption efficiency of the 2 species under 4/1 treatment was the highest, which under 1/4 was the lowest. But both of them were not significant. [ Conclusion] These results provided a support for further research on the requirement rule of different nitrogen forms proportions for conifer seedlings growing in the greenhouse.
