摘要
目的:观察壮腰祛风镇痛汤联合石拍疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者120例随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。治疗组采用壮腰祛风镇痛汤联合石拍疗法,对照组仅采用壮腰祛风镇痛汤治疗。壮腰祛风镇痛汤,1剂/d,分3次早、中、晚饭后半小时服用。石拍疗法,1次/d,每次约2 000拍。2组均以治疗10天为1个疗程,休息3～5天后再进行下1个疗程,3个疗程后判定疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为88.3%,2组经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见不良反应。结论:壮腰祛风镇痛汤联合石拍疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效好。
Objective： To explore curative effects of ZhuangYao QuFeng ZhenTongTang and stone-beat method in treating lumbar disc protrusion.Method： All 120 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group on average.Treatment group were given with ZhuangYao QuFeng ZhenTongTang and stone-beat method,while control group with ZhuangYao QuFeng ZhenTongTang only,one dose of ZhuangYao QuFeng ZhenTongTang each day,three times half the hour after meals;stone-beat method,once each day,2,000 beats once.Ten days were one course of treatment,the interval was three to five days,and effects were evaluated after three courses of treatment.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,higher than 88.3% of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion： ZhuangYao QuFeng ZhenTongTang and stone-beat method are effective in treating lumbar disc protrusion remarkably.
