摘要
目的:探讨甲型H1N1流感的应对措施。方法:对符合诊断标准的57例甲型H1N1流感患者分别从医院、病区、患者3个角度给予制定岗位责任制、成立发热门诊、成立隔离病区、合理公布病区、医务人员自身防护、病区消毒处理、健康宣教、饮食指导等应对措施。结果:57例患者经治疗全部痊愈,痊愈率达100.00%。住院天数最短为5天,最长为11天,平均6.8天;病毒转阴天数最短为3天,最长7天,平均5.3天。结论:从医院、病区、患者3个角度给予甲型H1N1流感有针对性的应对措施有助于患者康复。
Objective： To summarize the measures against influenza A of H1N1.Method： Eighty patients were given the measures against influenza A of H1N1 from hospital,ward and patients,which includes establishment of work rules,outpatient department of fever,isolation ward,reasonable distribution of ward,self-protection of medical personnel,sterilization of ward,health propaganda and education,dietary guidance.Result： All 87 patients were cured and discharged from hospital and the cure rate was 100.00%.The shortest hospital days were five days,the longest eleven days and the average three point eight days;the shortest virus conversion days were three days,the longest seven days and the average five point three days.Conclusion： Measures against influenza A of H1N1 from hospital,ward and patients were helpful to the rehabilitation of patients.
