摘要
从低碳建筑节能技术、实际运行能耗、建筑生命周期的碳排放和经济性4个方面对低碳建筑进行了综合评价。通过统计与分析,建立了建筑的分级指标体系。运用数学上的层次分析法和功能性评价法,确定每项指标的权重系数,采取定性和定量相结合的原则,对建筑的低碳程度给予评价。
Low carbon buildings are evaluated from four aspects,including quantitative appraisal system contains energy conservation technology,actual energy consumption,carbon emissions of building life-cycle and level of economic.Grading indexes for buildings are proposed based on statistics and analysis.Then weight coefficients of indexes are determined by AHP method and functional evaluation method.Finally,buildings' low-carbon extent are evaluated combining qualitative and quantitative factors.
