摘要
采用盆栽试验的方法,对一年生山白兰幼苗在浓度分别为0、2、4、6、8 g/L NaCl溶液胁迫下的细胞膜透性及渗透调节物质的变化进行研究。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的增加,细胞膜相对透性、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均不断增大,差异达显著或极显著水平;脯氨酸含量却随NaCl浓度的增加而逐渐下降,差异达极显著水平。采用隶属函数值法综合评价抗盐性指标的结果表明,细胞膜相对透性和可溶性糖含量的贡献率分别为25.18%、33.51%,可用于山白兰抗盐性指标评价,而脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量只能作为辅助性评价指标参考。
The effects of different NaCl concentrations(0,2,4,6,8 g/L) on cell membrane permeability and osmotic adjustment substance of one year old Paramichelia baillonii(Pierre) Hu.seedlings were studied using pot experiment.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the relative permeability of cell membrane,protein content and soluble sugar content were increased;the difference was on significant or extremely significant level;and the proline content was decreased;the difference was very significant.According to the subordinate function value method,the contribution rate of relative plasma membrane permeability and soluble sugar content was 25.18% and 33.51% respectively;and they could be used as the P.baillonii salt resistance index.And the proline content and protein content could be used as the supplementary evaluation indicators.
