摘要
目的了解骨科患者对术后疼痛管理策略的评价,为正确管理骨科术后患者疼痛提供依据。方法对178例骨科术后患者使用术后疼痛管理策略及临床质量评估量表(SCQIPP)进行调查。结果骨科患者SCQIPP评分为2.9～4.6(3.8±0.5)分,评分最低的条目是"每天数次记录我的疼痛程度,医护人员总是让我来选择1～10,或作直线标记"(2.9±1.6),评分较高的条目是"我每天吃镇痛药,但并不总是我自己要求吃"(4.6±0.5)。结论骨科患者对术后疼痛管理策略的评价处于中等水平,需加强对骨科患者疼痛程度的评估,对疼痛进行合理干预,以减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To evaluate orthopaedic patients perception of postoperative pain management,and to provide information on proper pain management for orthopaedic patients after operation.Methods The Strategic and Clinical Quality Indicators in Postoperative Pain Management Questionnaire（SCQIPP） was used to investigate 178 orthopaedic patients after surgery.Results Orthopaedic patients scored 2.9 to 4.6 points in SCQIPP,with an average of（3.8±0.5） points.The item with the lowest score was ＂To determine my level of pain,a member of the staff asked me to pick a number between 0 and 10＂,with the score being（2.9±1.6） points;the one with the highest score was ＂Even if I did not always ask for it,I was given pain medication＂,with the score being（4.6±0.5） points. Conclusion Postoperative pain management is ranked at moderate level by orthopaedic patients.Nurses should reinforce assessment of postoperative pain,and provide rational intervention in an effort to minimize patients′ suffering.
