腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床价值分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的分析应用腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效及并发症情况。方法回顾性分析74例接受手术治疗的PCOS不孕症患者,根据治疗方案不同分为:研究组,应用腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗,共39例;对照组,B超引导下经阴道卵泡穿刺术,共35例。比较两组患者的术后激素水平、排卵情况及妊娠率。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者的血清FSH升高,LH、LH/FSH、T下降(P<0.05);术后自然排卵率与妊娠率明显增加,而流产率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜卵巢打孔术治疗PCOS不孕症患者的临床疗效显著,值得推广。
