摘要
水蒸气辅助法是利用冷凝并自组装有序排列的水滴为模板构筑有序蜂窝状多孔膜的方法.此方法是一种方便、高效、廉洁的制备有序多孔膜结构的方法.具有作为模板的水滴可以通过自然挥发而除去,且孔洞的尺寸可以通过改变相关的实验参数进行调控的优点.主要综述和总结蜂窝状多孔膜的形成机理及其孔径大小和形貌的影响因素,如:环境湿度、环境温度、溶液浓度、溶剂、粘度等,期望从中发现对该领域未来进一步发展有启发性的思路.最后展望了水蒸气辅助法构筑有序蜂窝状多孔膜这一领域的发展前景.
The breath figures take advance of the condensed water droplets that self-organizes into a well ordered hexagonal array and acts as the template to preparation for ordered honeycomb microporous films.This technique has attracted considerable attention due to its facility,efficient,speediness,and the automatic remove of the water droplets.Moreover the size of the pore structure can be easily adjusted by changing the correlative experimental parameters.This paper reviews and summarizes the formation mechanism and the effects of the correlative experimental parameters,such as ambient humidity,ambient temperature,concentration,solvent,substrate and viscocity on the structures of the formed ordered honeycomb microporous films.Additionally,the future trends of this breath figures method for the preparation of ordered honeycomb microporous films are outlooked
