摘要
应用指数标度法的基本理论,建立了钻头优选的层次结构模型。指数标度中的相邻重要度比率采用新的方法来确定,其中准则层的相邻重要度比率按照一般的经济问题选取,钻头方案层的相邻重要度比率应用岩屑分形维数进行确定。改进后的选取方法有效地增强了模型的定量评价功能,同时保留了该模型的灵活性。该模型的使用不受区域限制,准则选取灵活,准则资料易于获取。经现场应用验证,该模型能够定量评价牙轮钻头方案的综合性能的优劣,优选结果准确。
A hierarchy structure model for bit optimization was established based on the essential theory of the index scaling procedure.Adjacent importance ratios in the index scaling procedure were determined with a new approach.For instance,the adjacent importance ratio of the criterion layer was selected according to general economic problems,and that of the bit schematic layer was defined according to the fractal dimension of cuttings.The improved selection approach can effectively enhance the quantitative evaluation function of the model.In addition,the flexibility of this bit optimization model is retained as well.This model can be used to optimize cone bits in any regions,and it also has advantages to select criteria elastically and gain criterion data easily.A successful in-situ application of this model demonstrates that the model can quantitatively and accurately evaluate the overall performance of cone bits.
