多囊卵巢综合征的皮肤病学特征与生化代谢的相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）是女性最常见的内分泌疾病，以慢性无排卵和高雄激素血症为主要特征。遗传因素与环境因素在PCOS的发病中起着重要作用。PCOS的皮肤表现包括：多毛症、痤疮、皮脂溢出、雄激素性脱发和黑棘皮病。本项前瞻性研究将探讨PCOS患者的皮肤表现、生化和代谢变化之间的相关性。
