摘要
目的探讨责任包干制整体护理模式联合临床护理路径在优质护理服务示范病房实践中的应用效果。方法选取150名护士进行自身前后对照,比较实施责任包干制整体护理模式联合临床护理路径前后护士专业成就感、考试成绩、护理质量、护理投诉、护理缺陷及患者满意度。结果实施责任包干制整体护理联合临床护理路径工作模式后,150名责任包干护士专业成就感分数由(6.91±1.79)分提高至(11.92±2.39)分,理论考试成绩由(89.04±8.34)分提高至(95.17±5.45)分,技术操作成绩由(86.03±11.01)分提高至(94.25±12.15)分,差异均有统计学意义(t分别为10.41,6.33,6.89;P〈0.05);1年中护理投诉由0.22%降低到0.09%,护理缺陷由0.43%降低到0.25%,患者满意度由92.31%上升至98.25%,差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为28.871,1.190,17.419;P〈0.05);实施后护理质量中基础护理、病房管理、护理文书、消毒隔离4方面得分均较实施前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论责任包干制整体护理联合临床护理路径应用于优质护理服务示范病房,激发了护士的工作热情,提高了护理工作质量,提高了患者满意度,降低了护理投诉及护理缺陷,促进了优质护理的落实。
Objective To observe the effeet of combination of group responsibility system and elinieal care path for ereating high-quality ward. Methods 150 nurses were collected and conducted their.own before and after comparison. Nursing professional sense of accomplishment, testing score, nursing quality, nursing complaint, nursing deficiency, and patients' satisfaetion degree were eompared before and after the application of combination of group responsibility system and clinical eare path. Results After application of combination of group responsibility system and clinical care path, professional sense of aeeomplishment inereased from(6.91 ±1.79 ) to( 11 . 92 ± 2.39 ) ; theory testing score increased from ( 89.04 ± 8.34 ) to ( 95.17 ± 5.45 ) ; Technical operation results inereased from (86. 03± 11.01 )to (94.25 ± 12. 15 ); and the all the differences were statistieally significant (t = 10. 41, 6. 33, 6. 89, respeetively; P 〈 0.05 ). Complaint rate decreased from 0.22% to 0.09% , nursing deficiency reduced from 0.43% to 0.25% ,satisfaetion degree increased from 92.31% to 98.25%, and the differences were significant (x2 = 28. 871, 1. 190, 17. 419, respectively;P 〈 0. 05 ). Basic nursing, ward management, nursing document and the disinfection and isolation were increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Group responsibility system combined with clinieal care path for creating high-quality ward is helpful to adjust the team structure, and may arise the enthusiasm of nurses and improve the quality of nursing.
