摘要
目的探讨护理干预对青光眼患者的效果。方法将86例青光眼患者随机分成实验组和对照组各43例,对照组接受常规的治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上再进行综合性护理干预。结果两组患者焦虑、满意度、遵医依从性、治疗效果比较,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过护理干预,有利于青光眼患者降低焦虑水平,提高遵医依从性、治疗效果及满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing interventions on glaucoma patients.Methods A total of 86 glaucoma patients were equally randomized into experiment group and control group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing,and on the basis of it,the experiment group underwent comprehensive nursing interventions.Results Compared with the control group,patients′ anxiety,satisfactoriness,compliance with doctors and treatment efficacy in the experimental group were significantly better（P0.05）.Conclusion The nursing interventions in glaucoma patients contribute to the reduction of patients′ anxiety,and improvement of compliance with doctors,treatment efficacy and satisfactoriness.
