摘要
通过对实行两部制电价的大工业客户如何选择2种基本电费的计费方式进行了分析,对已采用最大需量计算基本电费的企业进行跟踪分析,表明通过基本电费计价方式的合理选择,一方面可以使企业客户看到实实在在的优惠,另一方面,也能通过价格杠杆的作用,促使企业主动提供削峰填谷,平衡负荷的意识,从长远方向来看,能够实现减少备用容量的投入,从而提高电网设备的利用率,取得双赢。
In this paper, we introduce the industrial customers how to choose two charge modes through careful analysis and economical calculations. By means of tracking and analyzing those customers who have chosen maximum demand charge mode, we find that selecting the proper charge mode can help the customers to get more benefits; on the other hand, it urges the enterprises to raise awareness of the importance of peak clipping and valley filling, and load balance. In the long term, it can have a win-win result that the investment of margin capacity is reduced and the utilization of grid equipment is increased.
