摘要
本文论述了高校教学管理环境的变化对教学管理的影响 。
This paper discusses the effetcs of the changes of educational management enviroment.It proposes the solution that two level eductaional management is an effective approach to the improvement of university administration.It also explores a few issues related to the two level management.
