摘要
测定了饥饿组与对照组南方鲶幼鱼的血液生理指标及生化指标 ,结果表明 :饥饿使南方鲶幼鱼血液中红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量显著减少 ,血细胞体积增大 ;饥饿鱼血液中的血糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯及Na+ ,K+ ,Cl-等物质的浓度低于正常鱼 ;谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶。
Changes of hematological and biochemical indices were investigated in southern catfish ( Silurus meridionalis Chen) under conditions with and without starvation. Erythrocyte count and hemoglobin count sharply dropped in the blood of the starving group and the size of the blood cells increased. The concentrations of plasma glucose, total protein, albumin, globulin, cholesterol, trylyceride, Na +,K + and Cl - in the blood were lower in the starving group than in the CK group. Starvation induced changse in the activity of the enzymes GAT, GOT and AKP.
