摘要
目的:了解我国不同类型乡镇卫生院的静脉药物配置现状并提出对策。方法:采用问卷调查和专题访谈的方式对不同类型乡镇卫生院的一般现状、静脉配药的硬件配置、人力资源状况、关键指标控制、规章制度以及标准操作规程建设进行基线调查。通过分析调查结果和文献资料,提出针对不同类型乡镇卫生院现状的静脉药物配置对策。结果与结论:我国不同类型乡镇卫生院的静脉药物配置硬件施设均十分薄弱,此外人力资源建设、关键指标控制、规章制度以及标准操作规程等措施均不能满足静脉药物配置质量安全需要。为了保证乡镇卫生院静脉药物配置质量,除了加强上述各项措施之外,建立静脉药物配置中心或小型集中配药室,单独配备小型净化设备以及广泛应用预混静脉药物都能满足乡镇卫生院静脉药物配置质量安全需要。无论是何种类型还是何种水平的乡镇卫生院都迫切需要采取多种措施以提高静脉药物配置服务水平,从而根本解决乡镇卫生院静脉药物配置的质量安全问题。
OBJECTIVE： To understand the current situation and analyze the countermeasures of intravenous （iv） admixture in different types of Chinese township hospitals. METHODS： Questionnaire and focus interview were carried out, which included the general information, hardware equipments, human resources, control of key indicators, building of regulations and the operating procedures of iv admixture in the township hospitals. Survey and document analysis were used to propose the corresponding counter- measures of iv admixture in different types of Chinese township hospitals. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The hardware used in iv admixture were poorly equipped in all of the different types of Chinese township hospitals. Meanwhile the human resources, control of key indicators, building of regulations and the operating procedures were also dissatisfied to meet the need of safe iv admixture services. In addition to Strengthen the above measures of safe iv admixture, the pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）, small iv admixture chambers, mini Air purification equipment, premixed intravenous admixtures and professional company for iv admixture services were also proposed to meet the need of safe iv admixture services. The township hospitals of China, irrespective of what type and which level it belongs to, were all in great demand of various improvements to fully solve the safety problem of iv admixtures.
