Hydrothermal Preparation of Cu-BiVO_4 Photocatalyst and Its Application in Photocatalytic Oxidative Desulfurization

摘要 采用水热法合成了可见光催化剂Cu-BiVO4,用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-vis DRS)方法对其进行了表征。以噻吩的正辛烷溶液为模拟轻质油品,以前驱液的pH、催化剂用量、光照时间、通气量等工艺条件为考察对象,研究了Cu-BiVO4光催化氧化脱除模拟汽油中硫化合物的性能。结果表明,Cu的掺杂使BiVO4的可见光吸收带发生红移,吸收强度也有较大幅度的提高。在前驱液的pH=7时制备的催化剂的活性最高,在空气通入量为300 mL/min,催化剂加入量为0.5 mg/L时,400 W金卤灯照射180 min,Cu-BiVO4光催化氧化脱硫效果较好,模拟汽油的脱硫率可达到95%以上。 A type of visible light catalyst Cu-BiVO4 was prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by means of UV-vis DRS and XRD.Using thiophene in octane as the simulation of model sulfur compounds,the desulfurization activity of Cu-BiVO4 was researched by photocatalytic oxidation in visible light.The effects of pH of catalysts prepared,irradiation time,photocatalyst Cu-BiVO4 mass,and air flow on the desulfurization efficiency were also investigated.The results show that the Cu-BiVO4 catalyst has a significant red-shift in the absorption band in the visible region,and the absorption intensity increases greatly for the composite catalyst.Under suitable conditions,the desulfurization rate of Cu-BiVO4 to the model compound can reach 95%.
